• Refund Policy 
  • - Full refunds on pre-paid bookings for the Lazy Day Cruise will be available at 48hrs notice.
  • - If a cruise is cancelled with less than [48 hours notice], i.e. due to poor weather conditions, possible COVID 19 restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstances,  a new booking subject to availability or full refund will be made available without penalty to the guest.

• Cancellation Policy - Please be advised that cancellations made up to [48 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty.
